1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

Note: Processing times may increase during high-volume periods such as sales, promotions, holidays, or restocks.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders—no minimum purchase required.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your order using the provided tracking link or by logging into your Nakhla Shop account.

4. Shipping Delays

Delays may occur due to:

5. Incorrect Address & Undeliverables Orders

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
Nakhla Shop is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Additional processing time may apply

  • Re-shipping may require updated address confirmation

If you made a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Nakhla Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If your package is missing:

  2. Contact the delivery carrier

7. Pre-orders & Backorders

If your order contains pre-order or backordered items:

  • Your entire order will be shipped together once all items are available
